Study of the first Smart Hotel in Greece (2017)

This work was awarded for its state of technology vision and presented many times in several symposiums and press.
Our office studied and supervised the construction of all the E / M facilities of the first really smart hotel in Greece.
The need for a reception in the classic sense until today is virtually eliminated, since customers, after making their reservation with the special mobile application, receive a digital key that is valid for the duration of their stay and can go directly to the room.. The control of all the subsystems of the room, lighting, air conditioning, TV, and lighting scenarios can be done from the tablet that is situated in each room or from customers cellular phone. In addition, each customer has the ability to configure the light in his window, thus creating a unique color collage.
The latest technology materials and equipment were used for the implementation of the project. There was a large number of special constructions for this project. e.g. the large chandelier in the reception area was studied (photometrically) and depicted in 3d drawings by our office.
